Customer Feedback
We received a small welcoming drink & chicken Bon Bon, tiny but delicious. I ordered a frozen strawberry daiquiri and it was delicious. Chicken croquets to start, chicken curry then white chocolate cheesecake, not sure where I found the space for it but it was out of this world.
It was hard to believe we were in Johnstone & not somewhere on holiday. We will definitely be back

I had the lunch menu with my family which was great value for money. Really tasty food and nicely presented. Will definitely be back again to sample more of the menu. The mushroom on brioche toast was delicious as was the Chicken Khatmamdu. Everyone enjoyed their meals, couldn't fault it.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, superb authentic Nepalese food, lovely atmosphere and ambience.
Can’t fault this restaurant, what a gem! Today as it’s Sunday we had the Thalli (14 part dishes) and every part of it was fabulous. Such care has gone into every dish, prepared freshly and expertly. The Thalli is avail Sun/Mon. Other offers are avail on other days.

Nepali cuisine is my new favourite. I loved the food. It was so tasty and presented beautifully. The service was first class and came with a smile. The decoration was lovely. I liked the art, ornaments, the prayer wheels, the flags, and the hanging plants, which made it all feel very authentic. I highly recommend this restaurant. It's well worth a visit, and I'll be back soon. There was so much on the menu I still wanted to try.

The food was beautifully presented with edible flowers and lovely fresh flavours. It clearly was created by a talented chef.
Their cocktails are some of the best I’ve tasted. In house created syrups and infusions created by a real mixologist 👌🏼 we sampled quite a few!
If I had to pick a (very small) negative the nan bread although nice seemed bought in
Definitely going back, would highly recommend 👍🏼

The effort that goes into the plating alone should be reason enough to come

Highly recommend anyone who is thinking of booking dinner here to go, you won’t be disappointed . The decor is stunning and there is so many lovely touches. The staff were amazing with our little girl, she really enjoyed her ‘cocktail’ (non alcoholic ovcourse)
We can’t wait to visit again (soon)

Food tastes amazing, well presented & good sized potions. Service not rushed in away way so very relaxing lunch. Unfortunately, was so full couldn’t manage to sample the homemade white chocolate & bailies cheesecake but it looked amazing, will forego the starter & have it next time. Good range of cocktails in the drinks menu as well.

Got 3 starters and 2 mains between myself and my partner. All amazing!
My partner got a beer, and rice wine and I dabbled into the cocktail menus. Every one tried was lovely!
To top it of, the staff were so lovely. Taking time to make conversation, and recommendations. Service was 5* throughout.
Upon leaving we were given little traditional key rings too.
See you again soon!

The food fairly decent too. While it is Nepalese it has quite a few non Nepalese dishes including fish and chips and garlic bread .
Presentation of food is exceptional

Absolutely incredible food, fabulous, friendly staff and just the perfect place to eat with friends. The food is phenomenal and the cocktails are to sell your soul for.

A friend visited in March on my recommendation (I sent her to test it out on my behalf). She raved about it. I now know why.
Stunning decor. No expense spared. This is a very classy restaurant indeed.
From entry till exit, the staff were so friendly and incredibly attentive. Half way through our meal, no sooner had I coughed than the waiter appeared at my side with a glass of iced water!
The food itself was a delight and incredible value.
A three course lunch served from 12-4pm for only £16.95.
As we sat down, we were served a glass of complimentary home made lemonade which was beautifully refreshing.
I started with a traditional Nepalese street food called Sha Phaley, which is minced chicken in pastry. My wife elected to tried the traditional non-Nepalese Halloumi Fries. Both plates cleared.
For main course, we both went for the delicious Himalayan Lamb which was served with rice, naan and poppadom. It was amazing.
I washed my meal down with a traditional Nepalese lassi. So authentic and tasty.
My dessert was a refreshing trio of sorbet... Mango, lemon and passion fruit. Oh yum.
My wife loved her white chocolate and Bailey's cheesecake with ice cream (she asked for the ice cream instead of the advertised mango sorbet and in keeping with the class of the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble).
After the meal I had a long chat with owner Rabi, who along with his team were just so welcoming.
I definitely would recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning sometime soon.
If you are in the area, it is well worth a visit. If not in the area, it is equally worth the trip.
I mentioned the stunning, classy decor. I also loved the sign on the wall as you enter about your favourite place being where your friends are.
So very true. ♥️♥️♥️
Oh... Rabi.... Can I make one wee suggestion? NOT a complaint. Just a suggestion. The music was lovely for sure... John Lennon. Bill Withers. All the greats.
However... much as I know that will probably appeal to the masses... the decor and food transported me to a place far far away. Some authentic Nepalese or Indian music would have kept me there in that faraway place that bit longer. Just a thought. 😎😜
If I could have awarded 6 stars I would have. 5 doesn't seem enough.
